I read with interest your article on the mystery snack food. To me coming from the country of palms, it looks like no other than the heart of a palm. I Iraq we call it jummar, and we buy it as snack food from venders, but it is not neatly cut like in the photos. I would be interested in your feed back on this comment.

teh sisal twine was used to closed Jute Bacs soourced from SAE Asia for filling with various food products.
